The location of this hotel is fantastic, just down the road from the park and conveniently situated just off the M5 motorway. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good range of options to choose from. a great experience.
The overcrowded Brewers Fayre next door, which seemed understaffed and lacked cleanliness.

Enjoyed food and staff, nothing to complain about.
Friendly staff, very clean suite, bed was comfy. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like miller and carter that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Special note of thanks to receptionist.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect, just off the M5 motorway, making it convenient for travelers. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a good size bathroom with plenty of towels, are impressive. The air conditioning is one of the best we've experienced anywhere, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the early breakfast at 5.30am is a wonderful convenience, especially for those who are on the go.
All was satisfactory and nothing needed improvement.

Clean and up to date hotel. Recently renovated and well looked after. Friendly receptionist. Nice and clean bathroom. Enjoyed the stay.
Unable to open windows. Air conditioning can't go lower than 19*.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location is perfect, with easy access from the M5 motorway, making it an ideal stopover for those traveling to Devon. Additionally, the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The bathroom was of a good size and equipped with plenty of fresh towels, adding an extra touch to our stay. Moreover, the air conditioning system in the room was the best we've experienced anywhere, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Lastly, the breakfast provided in the restaurant next door was delicious, with even the mushrooms cooked to perfection.
No improvements needed - all was simply splendid!
